I have tried Mommy's Bliss, as well as other common brands you can find in store at the local supermarkets. This product seems to work the best with my son, who has a ton of issues with gas, colic, & issues with acid reflux. Although my son is on medication (antacid) he still has issues with upset stomach. This item works well, but is a bit sticky & it's effects last a short amount of time in my experience (30 minutes up to 2 hours). However, sometimes all my son needs is something to help settle him down & he is able to fall asleep or at least a momentary reprieve. This is my second time ordering this product & feel that the price to value ratio suits my son's needs very well. Lastly, I wanted to add that I believe each formula is very similar, but they are different, & each child will respond differently to gripe water.
