It's not produced by Voelkel and it doesn't bear the Demeter bio-dynamic quality label as shown in the seller's pictures. The producer is Beutelsbacher.The juice has a tart, acidic taste, not sweet at all, and a distinct not entirely unpleasant vinegary aftertaste.
