Review: VERY HAPPY SO FAR - I've only had the chance to use this once, with some very nice steaks. Must say that it does get HOT and enables you to get those really neat cross-hatch marks that look so nice on a steak. I will try to remember to update this at a later date when I've had the chance to use it more often. The only thing I found disconcerting is that I thought the stand was a bit more difficult than it had to be--because of the minimalist diagrams. They could have added a bit more direction. (But I did get it together in just a few hours, after all said and done.) More later.
