It's good quality but gave me a rash, not sure why. I think the inside of it is a bit harsh on my skin. Nice product though.

1 day delivery first of all.I wear this on all my fasted morning cardio sessions and I sweat like a beast, I have stubborn fat on my lower abs and lower back and this progressively kills it off with noticeable results each time! And it's only been a week, I honestly don't know what I was doing without it haha.Wish they did other colours but you wear it under clothes anyway so who really cares..

I have only been using this for a week. I definitely feel a difference around the waist. I had a C-Section and I have not been able to get rid of the lower flab. I feel as though this is helping me target it. My husband even notices the difference. I wear it under whatever clothes I am wearing. It almost acts like a back support too. It's brilliant.

This is what i call trimmer or sweat belt. Wide enough to cover all my tommy area. It's probably the widest I've seen so far. Very solid too. Not light and flimsy like a lot of them out there. This one doesn't fold, it stays straight and solid when you are wrapping it aroumd you. I wear it to gym and i sweat really well around my tommy. 100% recommendation.
