I contacted Master and I was told that they cannot offer replacement keys. So if you lose one you are buying a new bag. I can "lock" the lock but the zipper is still exposed?** A: The pull tab on the zipper will remain exposed when the bag is locked. When locked, the slider piece attached to the cylinder will engage with the zipper to securely lock and prevent from opening.
