These fingers feel great! It heats up quickly. Determining the green/low and yellow/medium heat settings are a challenge as the medium "yellow" is more green than yellow and pretty much matches the green color of the low setting. The red/high heat setting is very noticeable. While this is portable and rechargeable, it could benefit from an increase in power to achieve a deeper massage especially if you are a more muscular person. Pulling down harder on the hand straps to get a deeper massage puts strain on the motor causing it to move very slow. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase and find it relaxing and therapeutic.
