**Q: Does it contain Caffeine?**
A: The package states that it contains coffee berry (150mg). I do not know how much caffeine that amount of coffee berry contains.  So, yes according to "Google" coffee berry does contain caffeine but how much I do not know.

**Q: is it suitable for keto ?**
A: I keep a low carb diet and use this every morning. It is one tiny scoop. I love it as it keeps me regular and definitely helps my gut health.

**Q: Could you explain WHY you have the different types of fiber sources (i.e. acacia, apple, baobob, etc.) instead of just acacia?**
A: I have always liked having multiple sources of fibers, soluble and insoluble fiber, which this product contains. In general I like having multiple sources of the same nutrients for a range of the additional enzymes, minerals, vitamins, etc.... they contain. Ie for protein I eat more than just chicken, its good to get protein from all animal sources, chicken, fish, turkey, wild game, beef, pork, etc... (if you choose to eat meat as a protein source that is) A wider range of nutrients and nutrient sources helps the human body, and I feel truly does benefit the gut and digestive system, I feel this is especially true for fibers.

**Q: I tried this in a smoothie last night and it didn't dissolve at all. any tricks to getting it to dissolve?**
A: Hello, It's fiber so it doesn't dissolve per say. It settles like filament towards the bottom of the glass if you don't drink it right away. It's my favorite but if you aren't a fan, then I would recommend blending with a protein drink or a green drink.

I have been using one scoop of this product daily to increase by fiber intake. I add it to water or to a protein drink, and it tastes fine but is a little bit gritty tasting. I tried adding it to my coffee once and did not enjoy the way it tasted with the coffee. Other than that I am enjoying this product and I feel like I am getting the benefit I was hoping for.
