I take 2 before a meal that is not compliant with the Plant Paradox diet. I haven't used it enough yet to know if it is going to help but I seem to do pretty good when I get a little off the diet. I think the ANTI LECTIN WILL EVENTUALLY help me because it is so hard to avoid lectins even if you are Vegetarian.
