Nothing else!Threw it out and all the filters!! Their little app (iOS) asks for your router password which is ice on the cake because their servers are all located in some very "nice" country!! I never used their app anyway so be careful if you plan to do so.YES ... I opened the new box over 6 months after purchased from Amazon and no way to return it. Their support expects to send them a full detailed video in 360 mode so they can confirm people don't lie!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Quality design with a killer UV sterilizing feature on the Ultra *by M***G on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2019* I don't usually review products, but the Fresco "Ultra" version with UV sterilization feature (imported from Hong Kong) seems unique from every other fountain beside the square 1.8L "Nature Spa" which seems to have common pump durability design flaws from other Amazon reviews.This one has been running in my home for 2 weeks now and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. From a mechanical and design standpoint, the product looks and feels quality. The unit is shiny white plastic on the outside with a transparent water reservoir, but the various pieces fit together very snugly and unlike cheap plastic items, there's no visible or felt lines from the casting molds.The water pump fits in its own little cubby in the bottom of the reservoir and has two separate filters for the intake, a reusable foam one that slots in the front and disposable mesh sticker-like filter that sticks on the pump itself, which should improve pump longevity. Everything dissembles easily enough to clean and refill and when it ran low on water, the unit did turn itself off to save the pump.I'm not sure what UV light bulb is in the unit, but it looks like a tiny version of those UV sterilizer bulbs you find for killing algae and sanitizing fishtanks and is non-replaceable with something like 10s of thousands of hours of expected life. One of my worries was that the UV light would destroy the plastic over time, but it does not run continuously, instead it does a 3-minute sterilization cycle every time you replace the water and you can also toggle a 3-minute cleaning cycle manually from the app.Onto the things I didn't like so much and would like improved over time.First, connecting the unit is fussy, eventually, I got it to connect by restarting the unit, my phone, and the app a few times and it magically, smoothly connected the 3rd time or so, but the first few tries, I kept getting failures for unknown reasons. Also, be aware that you need a 2.4ghz wifi network for this to work, which for many network setups means you need to divide it up into two separate networks (For example mynetwork2.4g and mynetwork5g) from your router, luckily for me, I'd done this already for a ton of other smart home devices.Secondly, I would love more features in the app like the ability to schedule the UV sanitizing, say every 2 days, or on specific days of the week. Also, I'm not sure if it's my phone (Galaxy S8) or the app, but notifications for when water is low or it's time to change the water does not seem to be popping up consistently unless I specifically have the app open.Finally, the water fountain itself is a powered, water pushing design, which means if there is no power, then, there won't be any water for your pet to drink, luckily, it's powered by Micro-USB (2.0A/5V), so you can connect it to certain power banks and then to the wall as a battery backup.Overall, I'm pretty happy with the unit, the quality, and the unique UV feature.
