Review: Not compatible with Keurig Smart series brewers - UPDATE: After leaving the review below, the seller reached out to me and apologized for the incompatibility and offered a full refund. Although I think they should edit their description to inform buyers of the issue, I altered the 1 star rating to a 3 for their honest customer service. The reusable pod is not compatible with the new smart series brewers from Keurig. The lid of these brewers have 5 points that puncture the K-Cup pods and the included reusable one does not have those 5 holes and therefore the lid will not close. You can’t follow the included instructions for descaling with the tablet because it requires the use of that pod.
