The rest of the album rounds out the single nicely ~ lots of breezy bluesky cruising music and one fun hip-hop track to remind us not to sleep on E-Dawn and Yuto, who are damned good at what they do. Nothing really grabs you quite the way "Shine" does and the end effect is sort of like softer, friendlier Ikon. That is by no means a bad thing, but it does mean they could push the envelope a little further when it comes to defining their own individual styles and their group sound. 10 is a LOT of members to work with and it's kind of hard to make everyone shine. I'll be painfully honest: I know five members by name and can distinguish only 3 of them by sound alone. There's so much crazy talent here that it's almost disappointing that there are so many boys to sift through, even if they are such personable cutie-pies.As far as the mini itself: the packaging is good but could be a touch more polished. The folded poster has at least one awkward crease placement that ought to have been better planned for (RIP Yan An's face) while the 2nd photobook is glued down in such a way that the binding is distorted and bound to tear over time. I like the cardboard-like matte finish on everything and it's good a good finger-feel. I'm loving my muted, slightly dorky Hui photocard. The pictures included in the two attatched photobooks are all really attractive -- especially if you'd like to gaze upon manflesh (there's an almost gratuitous amount of shirt-lifting and underwear flashing going on). Also included are an invite to a fanmeeting that has already ended (oops), an audition call for Cube Entertainment and an advertisement for a Cube-run cafe and rental space.All-in-all, I'm not disappointed (except maybe for the borky poster) and have already popped it into my car CD player where it will live until something else just as breezy and enjoyable comes along. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Um please buy this??? But the quality of the album is just amazing, and the photo book is beautiful! I liked my Yanan card (but I wish it was Jinho 😣), and the poster is really nice. I'm not sure why I got two NCT member cards (idk who they are bc I don't know anything about NCT), but maybe I can do a giveaway or something! Overall, really great quality for the value, and I'm happy I could support PENTAGON!
