**Q: There's a little water coming out from the pipes after unboxing, is this a brand new one?**
A: Mine does that too and it had some corrosion on the back I got it installed and it says a faulty error code 4 saying inlet temperature probe is faulty or the inlet temperature probe is open or shorted. Please check or change the outlet. Temperature probe connection.

**Q: Looking for a replacement instant hot for atwood gc6aa-10e, recommendation?**
A: The 55k BTU would be perfect.  I swapped out from a suburban 6 gal.  Not you won't use the wiring for theelectrical element as it is not used.

**Q: Is it hard to convert a traditional rv water heater to a tankless one?**
A: It is easy but I would not buy this one. I did and it does not heat the water enough to take comfortable shower. Normally you blend hot and cold water but if I were to turn on the cold water it would literally be a COLD SHOWER!

**Q: Does this unit still ignite if the power goes out at your campground? Or does it have to have electricity to run?**
A: It runs on the 12v system. So it will run off the battery. But has to have that 12v power to run.
