Put it together filled with water and plugged it in. Came back in 2 hrs the control panel was blank the unit would not start I'm mechanical so I went and took it apart found the heater failed. ### ⭐⭐ Such a scam *by K***W on July 24, 2024* It says you need to replace the two filters every 2-3 days! This is NOT a normal hot tub requirement. It also says you shouldn’t use the filters in “detergent water” and yet also says you should add the appropriate detergents to keep it clean…they intentionally made a specialty size of filter that won’t fit standard filter models and then jack up the price substantially… we plugged ours in and it stayed hot for two days then it just stopped heating at all…Complete waste of money. You’ll save money in the long term getting a reputable brand without the gimmicks. ### ⭐ Heater not working *by A***N on June 2, 2024* I was so happy with this tub for about a week now it won’t heat above 94 degrees.
