I installed the black cartridge about 5 weeks after I received my order and the quality is very inferior to a genuine HP cartridge. I have emailed the vendor to see if they will exchange the cartridge and hope to have better results. Vendor emailed me back after seeing the previous review and said they issue a 30-day warranty. I always order a cartridge when I use the last cartridge on hand and certainly do not use a cartridge per month.
