The media could not be loaded. This is a neat little smart plug added to my ever growing Alexa needs. I'm using it for a set of lights in the lounge called 'stage'.It runs on the 'smartlife' app which I have already for other devices so set up was super quick and it was connected in around a minute. Alexa quickly discovered it and this has to go down as my fastest set up ever. In the time I've had it it's been very responsive and no outtages to date.I quite like the Smartlife app so that's a bit of a bonus. You can set up timers etc for when you are not around. I've got the plug set up in a group to turn several lounge lights on (most of which have plugs in awkward positions) and it performs very well compared to others in the group.It doesn't look like a smart plug at all and is very discreet. It is also shallower than my other smart plugs and fits nicely in the restricted area it's residing in. The other plugs, though they would fit, would not allow the trap door to the aperture to close properly.

Brilliant for the price, VERY easy to setup. The free App even works well. It is not feature rich, but it did work as expected.I have a pile of TPLink HS110 sockets, which are brilliant too, and monitor the power consumption. These do not do consumption, but are atleast as reliable. Very pleased with this item.Works well with Alexa, and is easy to setup with Alexa.The downside is that we all risk getting lazy by just asking our slave-Alexa to turn things on and off.So, now 2 1/2 years on, I have seen all FOUR (ordered TWO sets) of these fail from this same manufacturer. What started out as a pretty good product ended up being not such good value considering all are dead within 30 months.

Loving my smart tech.Got bunches of these around the house now, along with smart bulbs, smart light switches and a bunch of Google home minis. It's like I'm living in the future on the Startship Enterprise and I can talk to everything.These are extremely easy to set up.Don't listen to anyone else who says otherwise.Just need to make sure your wifi router is using 2.4ghz single band when setting these up.If you router is broadcasting both bands then turn off 5ghz while you set these up.Then turn it back on afterwards.Your mobile phone must also be connected on the same 2.4ghz wifi network when setting up.Whichever app you're using will walk you through setting it up.There's a bit more to do if you want it working with something like Google home like I use.But bought a bunch of these so far and they've all worked great.Will keep buying more until my whole house is using them.So as long as you're not bothtered about the Chinese government knowing when you've put your living room lamp on, then I recommend.

Works well although design is poor with the operation led hidden by anything plugged in and the on off switch out of sight underneath. Its also tricky to get a plug to fit into it as it can be tight.Simple to set up and it does work. As a caveat, there is no Amazon app to be able to use with a Fire tablet.Its a relative bargain over the TP link plug which offers no advantage and is much more costly.

Not sure..... Set up ok and worked for a week, then dropped of the network. I couldn't get the device ( bought 3 and had the same issue with 2 of them) to re-register on my network, was going to send them back but changed internet provider so thought I would try with the new network. They went onto the new network straight away. I struggled with tech support and the instruction leaflet is so small it can only by read by someone with the eyes of a 21 year old.... I am technically competent but was running out of ideas of things to try

Only works on old (slow) wifi connections.Its a cheap price for a cheap product, it works 85% of the time.I happy with the price that I paid for this cheap product.

This is great! There are a few reviews on here about it not fitting a double plug but it fitted line lovely too 5 minutes to set up and is now controlling the lamp in the corner because I am too lazy to press the switch. I can't comment on how long it will last but between myself and the children it must have been used 50 times today flawlessly. Other reviews mentioned a high pitched noise while off, there is none of that here either. All on well worth the money and as soon as I find more things to control with Alexa I will be buying more
