Workout cards are for you to customize for the amount of reps and rewards to fit your child's needs. - 15 piece Vinadion reward set to reward your child after each workout (3 colors that equal 1, 5, and 25 points). - Reward sack for your child to save Vinadion rewards that they earn with they complete their activity cards. - Reward chart and instruction card. Customizable reward chart for parents to give appropriate rewards to their child.

I just love these adorable activity cards that encourage little ones to engage in fun, healthy exercises by earning rewards. I love the cute new names like Bug Catchers and Egg Beaters given to old favorites, and it makes a fun game of it by creating anticipation for finding their reward the next day. But the best part for me...seeing my grandkids get the giggles watching Grammy try to keep up with them!
