My daughter hasn't had a chance to use it during her cycle (she just avoids the water) but seems pretty good and I guess nice to have around. My daughter says it feels and fits nice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A workhorse, if not a cute one *by S***T on March 31, 2024* I also have the skirted menstrual swim bottoms from this company, which I found to be flattering and effective. These shorts are really not very flattering. I can't pinpoint exactly why; they just seem to emphasize my lumps and bumps. They certainly don't look on me like they do on the slender model. But I didn't acquire these to be seen in them; I acquired them to use as sleep and lounge shorts for the heavy part of my cycle. And they work very well for that purpose! These are highly absorbent; I do not at all have to worry about them leaking even when I wear them overnight on my heaviest day. I wear a size 10 and ordered the large, which fit as expected. These are a handy addition to my period arsenal 🙂 ### ⭐⭐⭐ Confusing sizing *by A***R on November 26, 2023* The descriptions says these are for girls, and there are both women's and girls' sizes listed on the sizing chart. It also shows a women's medium(8-10) is the same as girls 18. This was so confusing because I definitely can't fit into girls 18, but I do wear women's medium. Afraid of them being too small, I ordered a large. Well, they are too big on me, and that is a big problem with period underwear. They need to fit snug so no blood leaks out. The picture shows the high waist shorts still below the model's belly button, but these come up past mine. A smaller size might have fixed that issue, though. For reference, I am 5'8" 145 lbs. The fabric does feel nice in these. It is thick and offers nice stretch. The gusset seems very absorbent and long enough to catch the flow. At best, I could wear these to exercise in with the waist rolled down. The loose inner layer makes me leery of wearing them to swim. Based on how they fit me, I would say to order based on regular women's sizing and expect a very high waist.
