Good chance to get to know some different flavors! Pleasently surprised that I liked the salted caramel the best. Now I can by larger packs of only the ones I want regularly

I swear by Gu!! I originally started using this for extra energy during my long runs. Because I haven’t been running as much as before, I found great use of my Gu for traveling!! I used it last during my ski trip and plan on using it for my next trip.

Goo is goo. It isn't dessert. My issue here is with the design. The tear off tops shouldn't be thrown on the street but they are sticky with the goo and I didn't want to put them in my pocket. An ideal goo device should have a top that doesn't become detached completely. This is why I gave one less star. The taste is fine, but not a dessert. This is really only for long distance runners or bikers.

I have used these for yrs while training for races. They are easy on the stomach. Lots of new flavors coming out. This assorted pack gives me the opportunity to try a couple I haven't before.

Gives a good burst of energy when you need it. Used this backpacking in the Rockies and it helped me go the last 1000 ft.

I bought these for a backpacking trip were great for an afternoon pick me up. Also use before tennis matches to give me a bit of energy without a big meal weighing me down. My teenage daughter sneaks them too.

i only liked the chocolate flavor, the rest are fine
