I think it is 425. (The recommended temperature is on the package). But I've used it at 450 many times without any problem. I've even gone to 475 on oaccasion without issue - but only for may be 15 minutes per dish. The paper got a little tiny bit brownish, but was fine. I remember I once bought parchment paper at the store and it was more like wax paper and at a higher price. Never again.
