Actually, I prefer another (speedy) way: using the microwave which means the fufu is ready to serve in less than five minutes - sprinkle flour into a bowl of boiled water 2:1, cover and microwave for 90 seconds, then stir/turn oat fufu until thick to the consistency you want.
