I got it for my Kia Telluride and have used it for probably 3000 miles already. It carries a LOT of stuff and the included bag does seem to truly be waterproof and is HUGE. I often put two bouldering crash pads and a big inflatable paddleboard backpack plus an electric pump and life vest in the bag in the hitch basket. I can bring my whole family camping and bring a ton of bedding, tents, a canopy, my paddleboard, etc in the bag and hitch basket. Assembly could be done by one person and took maybe 20 minutes. I have not noticed any bolts loosening, but I do check them at least once per camping season. I don't use the anti-rattle attachment and don't hear any noise from the basket whatsoever. Filled this thing with 400lbs of luggage to move my daughter across 4 states. We hit a MAJOR pothole in the road that would have hit our heads on the ceiling of the car. The hitch wasn't affected at all. There was a fair bit of assembly, with decent instructions. The removal is NOT convenient as you have to loosen a bolt in order to remove the hitch.
