After a little research I opted for USN to help with that. Since the 26th of May 2025 I have lost 62lbs (28kg). I have 1 shake when I wake up, and another for lunch, then my evening meal as normal. I have not felt the need to snack between meals, and I’ve been making the shakes with water instead of milk. They do make you feel full and they produce quite a thick milkshake if made with the recommended 300mls (I usually thin it out a bit more). The banana flavour is my favourite, strawberry and vanilla are both pretty nice, not a fan of the chocolate, though mixing 1 scoop of chocolate with one scoop of banana made it at least palatable to not waste an entire tub!
