I have super sweaty hands so most of my workouts I have had to stop short because my hands kept slipping off or losing my grip. This liquid chalk is the answer for anyone with sweaty hands. My grip is so much better now. I apply it about 4 or 5 times during my hour long session. It lasts about 6 sets I would say, however using any wipes to clean equipment will probably make you have to reapply. The cap on mine broke off after a while, but it can still be put back on, just no longer attached to the bottle. It applies super easily and dries in about 5-10 seconds if you swing your hands back and forth.
