A: an xxlarge fits a size 50" waist, 30-31 " length..  comforable pants good price

**Q: what is the approx. waist size on the 3xl size ?**
A: That would be the Sasquatch model! That's the size I bought.  Trust me when I tell you that, even with the drawstring, there's enough room for you and one other person in there!

**Q: Do these have pockets?**
A: side pockets but no back pockets

**Q: Does it have zippers in side pockets**

They are good quality for the price. The sizing is off a little. I ordered medium like other pants and I had to cut off 4" (10 cm) off the legs and the waist was large to x large. I used them for painting and didn't care about keeping them clean. They worked for me great for the price. I will try small on my next order.
