Either way you have to buy them separately. **Q: Are they good for small nails?** A: The smallest one is not quite 7mm across. Not including the the curve, smooshing it flat makes it wider. They can be filed smaller, as well. I consider myself as having small nails, and they work pretty well for me. I wouldn't recommend for children, they are probably much too big overall. **Q: Do they fit toddler nails?** A: Never tried.
