But as a longtime Lume user, it suddenly stopped working as well and as long when I became pregnant. Hormones do a number on BO. I thought puberty was bad enough but pregnancy stink was not in my “What to Expect” book. Plus, the scents were also not tickling my nasal fancy—and often turned sour or became at odds with whatever Eldridge smells my body was emanating despite the rigors of showering with Lume wash. Enter Mando. Now I’ve always been fond of more rugged scents over delicate ones, but I was not only impressed by the smell not turning sour hours later of wear, but the product actually doing its job. Lume required at least 2-3 uses a day to maintain the guise of social respectability and not cause small children or animals to flee from a green-smelling cloud. Mando has only required once a day.
