Optilux Extreme Yellow XY Halogen Bulbs are designed to give better visibility in any conditions. They give your vehicle the look of the GT Series racing cars, too. Yellow tinting provides better color contrast in rainy, foggy, or snowy weather conditions. All Optilux Bulbs are manufactured to the most precise measurements to provide you the driver with the exact amount of light needed.

Review: Perfect for my E46 ZHP - One of my fog light bulbs on my 330ci ZHP burnt out, so I replaced both with these. Installation was a snap: pull off the snap-in fog light bezel, remove the housing retaining bolt, and wiggle the fog light housing out of the bumper. Twist the old bulb 45 degrees to the left and remove from the housing, then replace with the new bulbs, careful not to touch the glass with your bare fingers. Easy enough. Whereas the stock lights had a pale yellowish tint to them, these are VERY YELLOW. They are almost too yellow, but they've grown on me. They are also brighter and much cheaper than the stock bulbs, so they're win-win.
Review: Lasted just over 3yrs and provide a saturated, deep yellow color output. - Bought these in October 2015 and one of the bulbs burn out in December 2018...3+yrs is far better than I had expected. Just purchased another pair today, so we will see if the last as long. Light output is good and the yellow is a deep, saturated color. I use them any time it is raining, snowing, foggy, or cloudy. Remember, fog lights are not to illuminate the road for yourself, they are to provide visibility of your vehicle to other drivers. They provide a great contrasting color to halogen or HID headlights to keep you safe. Looking forward to my second set.

**Q: Is there 2 bulbs in pack or 1?**
A: There was two in the pack I ordered.

**Q: will these fit a 2001 toyota solara SLE?**
A: 9006 would be the correct FOG LIGHT bulb for your car, not headlamp.

**Q: One of the bulbs was broken from the housing when I opened the box. I had the garage install the good one. Is there anyway of having one sent to me?**
A: You need to contact Amazon customer service. Having the good one installed was not a good choice for multiple reasons... besides having mismatched lights, once you opened the package it’s pretty tough to prove that it arrived broken, and that you didn’t damage it trying to install it.

**Q: What’s the bulb life?**
A: I've had them in my truck for about 3 years now, if that helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The work well in CA tule fog, in a CR-V

It's currently mid-February 2026. I purchased these in early December 2023, after installing clear fog lights into my 2005 CR-V. The light kit came with clear 9006 halogens, but I wanted the light output to be yellow, because I run through 50-70 miles of the tule fog in the Central CA Valley. Very happy with the combination of these, the the JDM HID headlight assemblies that I installed.
