When it arrived and I unpacked it, I thought it was the wrong one, reason being the instructions are very basic and are pictures so you really have to take note of the drawings to ensure you get things installed the right way round. I was just about to give up and consult You tube (there's a video for installing these things) when I noticed I had not inserted the rail all the way into the slot, once done, it was installed in 5 min. Very easy to install too, just a shame the instructions are not more thorough. The screws were placed in an odd part of the packaging and for a while I thought the screws didn’t come with it! After that, it was very easy to install, is easy to use and keeps the room cooler, whilst completely blocking out the light. There’s a knack to pulling it up and down, which is easy, but I think if you are a bit heavy handed with it, you could damage it.
