Lots of shower fizzies are just (IMHO) ordinary bath bombs that dissolve really quickly. These are definitely different. When I put them in a spot that gets the shower stream about half the time, they last over ten minutes, which is great.I love the scent of both this one (lavender) and the included stress buster sample. If you're looking for a soft, vanilla-chamomile, floral lavender, this is not it. I find the scent to be strong and sharp, which is just what I like. There's one reviewer who said their product had no smell, and I can't guess how that happened. The tablets are shrink-wrapped inside a resealable bag, and even now (5 weeks later, having used 6 of 4) it's still powerful.Does it help sleep? Not that I've noticed, but I don't really buy into aromatherapy as a sleep aid (I just like the smell) so I wasn't expecting it to. They smell heavenly, like legit lavender. They last a good amount of time yet not so long that you’re forced to either stand in your shower longer or just throw the rest away. These lavender bombs and a nice hot shower are the perfect combo after a stressful week dealing with spouse, work, and kiddos.
