EXCUSE ME?! I've never even seen these for sell anywhere else and the audacity oh this company/seller to accuse me of that when they sent me a defective unit, They tried to place the blame on me when it was clearly their fault and then they give me a partial refund so now I am forced to file an A-Z claim so I can get my money back from purchasing a defective mat. I mean I can't even believe it, it makes me so mad. I will not be buying anything from this seller and from the company Richway again since I don't trust either one of them. I do not sell here. **Q: Is it true that richway nulls and voids its warranty if a buyer buys a biomat on amazon?** A: This was true from Spring 2013 until Summer 2020. Richway policy now allows BioMats to be sold on Amazon or eBay, as long as they are not advertised at a discount from the official retail price. The most important thing, as a buyer, is to confirm that the seller can provide you with an RI# after the purchase. The RI# guarantees warranty service. Just ordered another one wish it wasnt so expensive but you get what you pay for. if they last over three years ill be happy with the money i spent on these.
