Uses more than 1kw not suitable for 1kw inverter use
The hairdryer works fine but is unsuitable for use in a boat or caravan to be powered by a 1kw inverter. The 1kw setting is actually 1.05kw and this caused our 1kw pure sine wave inverter to overheat and shut down. Following this I tested the wattage as shown in the enclosed photo

Absolute disappointment
Whole product is a lie! Not as described, says it’s for car use and plugs into car cigarette lighter when in fact it does not! It only has a 3pin uk plug and the wattage is a lie as well it’s actually 800-1000w, so angry about this item it has wasted my time and money
