Overall, I've been very happy with it. The biggest positives for me are that it is truly leakproof and does an excellent job keeping drinks cold throughout the day. I've never had an issue with leaks, even when transporting it to and from work, and my drinks stay cold for hours. The flip-top lid has worked well, and I haven't experienced any problems with it over several months of use. It's also very easy to clean, which is something I appreciate in a water bottle that gets frequent use. The only thing worth mentioning is that it doesn't quite fit the cup holder in my 2019 Volvo XC60. That's not a dealbreaker for me, but if cup-holder compatibility is important to you, it's something to check before purchasing.
