I do handyman work for a living, so a good drill is essential. This one has plenty of torque, but also really great control. It will power though most drilling on high speed no problem. And the hammer drill setting is really handy. The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly (and a bit noisy, but that isn't an issue for me). The only consideration is that it is a bit on the heavier side. This was a great price on Amazon for this set.
