The first time I used Scratch Brand, I got a quicker than usual rise. The bread was wonderful, and the next two times I used it, the same rise and finished loaf. It usually takes 2 hours for the first rise. This was ready in one. The recipe I use calls for 60 to 90 minutes first rise, but previously has taken 2 hours.
