If your horse has mites there are plenty of powders on the market however I found an injection works best. 4 months on and my cob hasn’t a problem now (fingers crossed for the future!) **Q: Can I use this cream if competing?** A: Yes of course! I used it on my horse because she had some scabs back of her legs! I used lots of different creams nothing worked i used that twice not needed to use anymore all scabs went that qas three months ago . **Q: Hi do I need to wash the legs before applying more?** A: I didn't, I washed the affected patch on each leg and trimmed the feather as close as I could with scissors to make it easier to get the cream where it was needed, after that I just reapplied it twice a day and only washed the patches once a week to remove the dried cream and dead skin (the cream is quite greasy/oily so doesn't dry hard and crusty) it softened the crusty patches really quickly and the thickening virtually disappeared in the first week, I only used the cream about once a week now just to keep it at bay, it worked wonders for my mare and I would highly recommend it, it goes a really long way even though I was putting a lot on each time at first. **Q: Will this be shipped to the US anytime soon?** A: We do sell to the USA through our website if you look for Farriers Equine Care on the internet, you should find us. Sudacreme, aqueous cream... the list goes on. I had not tried this cream before...honestly because I thought it was expensive & presumed it would be added to the pile of wasted products but finally decided to give it a go as her legs were just getting more cracked & sore ☹️ Omg what a difference, I used as instructed and by day 5 all her scabs had softened and just fell away and the skin underneath is just pale pink, not a crack to be seen! She hated it when I went near her legs and would try her best to get away but now she lets me put the cream on so I know she isn’t sore anymore. I really can’t get my head around it other than to say this stuff is the first thing I have used that I can truly say works! Please don’t hesitate to buy, I wasted so much money looking for alternatives.
