I have gone through many small fans and so far this one has the MOST perks for the lowest price. It had every single feature you could want . It's small fan... yet little bigger than most...but not too big, it has a very sturdy clip, a hook to hang upside down if needed, a way to fasten it to a wall, with the right plug it charges fast, it's quiet, has 4 speeds AND 360 degee rotation. I use it to make my chimes sing when there is no breeze from a window, which is most days. This is day 1, so I really hope that this won't disappoint in a week or two, like many others I've purchased...and not just from Amazon either. Kudos to the manufacturer. It is quiet for me; we all have our level of noise tolerance. I forgot to turn it off when I left for work at 10:30 and the charge had been used up when I got home at 4:00. I don’t know when it went off but I would like to see how long it does last with a full charge. I don’t expect it to last all day or for extended periods of time. The 4 stars is because I don’t know how long a charge lasts and the cord could be longer so when it needs a charge I could plug it in and still use it. I have the first one in my bathroom as I get hot easily. I bought 2 more, 1 for my office and 1 for the kitchen.
