Great Lift
We were needing something to assist us when my wife would accidentally fall out of her wheelchair. I used to be able to lift her in my younger days, but am not able to anymore. This lift makes it easy to get someone off of the floor and back into a chair or wheelchair after falling. It has a sturdy base and can lift up to 400lbs. I like that it has armrests that fold up out of the way. It also has bigger wheels on the back so the you can raise it making it easier to push like a 2 wheeler. It has a rechargeable battery and assembly was pretty easy. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Works very well... is heavy
This is very heavy, however, you can move it since there are wheels on it, but you must tip it back a lot. It is easier to roll it when the seat is all the way down. I used this about 5 times to get my husband up off the floor. It worked well. he felt safe it in because of the arms and the seat belt. When he was in it, I found it was easier to roll it backwards than to try to push it forwards. It is very sturdy.

Solid build and design.
Floor lift arrived on time, and all parts where there. It was easy to assemble and after several trial runs it was parked in a spare bedroom to charge. It looks super sturdy, the only thing I might add to it are rubber pads on the feet so it does not slide on hard floors. I am confident it will do the job of lifting my spouse off the floor if she falls again.

Well made but hoping you'll never need it
Heavy steel frame. Well balanced made with quality, institutional grade materials. Tried it out, putting it thru its paces on my 6ft 200lb son before I would ever use it on my bilat amputee elderly spouse. Shook it with son in it, had him shift his weight to check for instability. Motor was absolutely silent going up an down fully loaded. My spouse is only 145lbs so a tall 200lb man is test enough. We tested it with loading and unloading from floor to a chair. Did very well. The remote controls are attached to the device with a long flexible cord so it won't get lost and its magnetic so it sticks to the side of the column out of the way when not in use. I need to get a adhesive mounted cord winder to wind up the cord that is attached to the device that plugs into the wall to either use it with outlet power, or when I need to charge up the battery for battery power operations. Indicator lights on the battery pack and on the remote itself warns you when the battery is getting low and turns green when the battery is fully charged. The heavy steel lift tips onto wheels and rolls away when you want to put it away (empty!) but has firm sturdy handles to balance the device as it moves so its no more heavier or difficult to handle than pushing a empty hand truck (dolly). It passed my safety concerns. I chose this device over a sling type lift because there is no swinging around as you are going up or down making the rider less fearful. The chair has arm rests that raise up out of the way and lowers so the rider has handles to hold onto for natural sitting balance and a seat belt to strap him in. I bought this for fall recovery in the event that my spouse does not have use of his prosthetics to get back up from the floor as I am not capable of lifting him.

Very Practical and Useful Product
My wife had an amputation below her right knee. When she has a fall someone has to lift her to help her get up. This chairlift was a perfect solution for her. She simply has to crawl onto the seat, push the remote and up she goes. It will raise her to the same height as a chair. Then she is able to just stand up.

Two thumbs up from my physical therapist!
This is the second lift I ordered and this one is SO MUCH better! The first was cheaper in cost but very cheaply made - all plastic. This model is well built; sturdy (aluminum) and steady. The seat goes down to within an inch of the floor with an angled, beveled edged seat that makes it easy to scoot onto. The arms are critical to help standing up or fold up if a slide board is used to transfer onto a chair. The wheels are good quality and work like a charm to move the lift. The only disadvantage for some may be the assembly that will be required. The directions had lots of pictures but not much text explanation.. It took me about 15 min. to complete. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and the piece-of-mind it gives me.

Quality product, easy to work with vendor!
Easy to assemble. I did have help from someone who could sit on the floor while I helped from a chair. The drive shaft got damaged in shipping. The seller (the same company that's the main distributor) was amazing to work with. Sent them a picture and described the issue. They sent a replacement part, and kept in communication with me throughout the process. Based on the ease of handling a product issue, and the quality of the product, I would order from them again. Thanks for making it easy!

Great product
It seems like a great product. The only thing was that the motor was broken from the shaft.Eric on customer service was great. He was patient with me and helped me get a new part.
