I got this after having what I thought were 2 failed injectors (with less than 30k miles) in my 6.0 power stroke. I was about to spend the 3k it takes to get all new injectors, I had a super rough idle and a cloud of smoke coming out the exhaust. But after changing the oil and adding this it took about 25 minutes for the idle to get noticeably quieter and after 30 minutes my “bad” injectors were working fine again. 500 miles later the truck has never ran this smoothly or quietly, mpgs have gone up about 3mpgs and still slowly getting better.
