Lovely soft fabric, very well made and a great fit. I'm 5'8" and fairly slim. Bought size M. The smocking is well crafted, stretchy and comfy, the pockets are deep, and they look great on. Slightly thin fabric so probably not for the depth of winter but I wasn't looking for sweatpants. Have yet to wash them to see whether the fabric pills but so far, they're really lovely!
