I did notice the instructions weren't included as previously noted, but thankfully there was a picture in the description above with instructions. I followed the instructions and added them to some tonkotsu base I had bought at my local Korean market, along with my usual fixings of jammy egg, wood ear mushrooms and scallions with some red pepper ramen spice. I thought that the portion size of 3oz with all the add ins was fine, it's comparable to the Ichiran kits I've bought before. No one will ever mistake this for real ramen but the taste wasn't bad and the texture was okay. It did make a nice change from the buckwheat noodles I had been using.
