## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you write to these? I've tried two writers including a flipper zero.**
A: Hello Evan. If you ordered your cards from us (Product Depot), the Flipper Zero would work to write to these cards. I'm not sure what chip our competitors are using in their cards so I couldn't tell you if the Flipper would work on theirs.

It also depends on what you are trying to write to these cards and their intended use. If you did in fact order your cards from us (Product Depot), please use the Amazon messenger to continue this conversation. I have experience writing to these cards and can offer advice.

The method to message a seller on Amazon is a bit confusing the first time around. Here’s how you do it.
Find our company name (Product Depot) on the right hand of the screen, just under the “add to cart” button and click on our name.
On the right hand of the next screen is a button that says "ask a question". Click on that.

Next you will see a box with the question “what can I help you with?” Right below that is the option “An item for sale”. Click that.

Next, you’ll be asked “which of the following do you need help with?” Click the selection that most applies.

Follow the prompts.

Now you will be able to ask us a question directly. I hope all this makes sense. Thanks!

**Q: I'm a little confused about the "site code 100".. Our cards are the 1326, and each card has a different internal number. Can someone explain?**
A: Hello. All 26 bit cards will have a facility code and 5 digit card code. Your cards may not have the facility code printed on them but they should have a facility code programmed in them. More than likely, your cards are not the same facility code as ours, but most systems will allow for more than one facility code to be programmed into them. If you do order from us (Product Depot) we will send out a card with our technical support team's contact info. If you run into any challenges getting our cards to work with your system, give them a call. They are really good with getting our cards and fobs operating with most security systems. I hope that helps. Thanks!

**Q: Will this work with indala26?**
A: Hello Borgie. These cards will not work with the Indala 26 bit format but we do have cards similar to this that will work with the Indala26 format. Could you private message us here on Amazon and let us know how many you need as well as what facility code you would like them programmed too? With that info, I will share an Amazon listing with you that will allow you to make the purchase.

**Q: if the card has a code 04621401, what is the 26 bit code read by the reader?**
A: The cards in this listing will always start with the number 100 and then a 5 digit number. 100 is our facility code and the 5 digit number following the 100 is the card code. I'm not totally sure about your card but I'm going to guess that the reader is going to see 046 as the facility code and 21401 as the card code. I'm not sure if I answered your question or not. Good luck my friend.
