- Every UK dog food manufacturer is required by Trading Standards to list their ingredients in order of the highest percentage by which they make up the product. However when you look at our ingredients you can see we have listed “Chicken” on 3 occasions Chicken Meat Meal, Chicken & Chicken Fat. Collectively when we add all the chicken together this is the highest percentage of ingredients in our dog food. The only exception is Salters Senior, which contains less chicken.

Can't fault Salters, never had any dietary issues with this food and the price is not too bad when you compare to other premium quality dog foods

I recently adopted two very special dogs that had been brought up with Salters Food. Although a little more expensive than other food, I decided to keep them on this (didn't want upset tummy's etc) They really love it and look so healthy. Will continue buying it.
