This was a gift for my grandson and when I got it I thought it looked really small and it is 100% cotton, but just talked to my daughter-in-law and she says the size it perfect and my 4 year old grandson loves it!

The fit for my toddler grandson was as expected. The red stripes faded after 1 wash. Its a shame. The material is solid and has a nice feel to it.
