It has a nice strap and fits snugly on the wrist and is comfortable and lightweight. Very clear digital display makes for easy viewing. Functions are simple to use. Pedometer lets me know how many steps I have taken during the day and I can check my heart rate, both good aspects of fitness and health. It tells the time too! You can link the watch to your phone by downloading an app. I used the recommended VeryFitPro. Downloading app and pairing watch to phone is quick and easy. Using the phone app allows you to use more functions and settings. You can make this fitness tracker as simple or as in depth as you like and it's so easy to charge.I now use mine all the time.
