I breast feed and while I was getting full with the one I was using, it wasn't lasting very long. I used this powder one time and it lasted a good while. When I did get hungry, it was a actual hunger and not a "I'm not satisfied type of feeling". The taste blends well with whatever I'm putting it into. I can't really taste it. It does have a very light smell but isn't a gross smell. It's a light smell of protein powder. I bought the smallest bag to try it out. It's worth the price for natural alternatives. I will say, if you are putting it into a smoothy, put it on the top of all the things you are going to put into the blender. I find it mixes better this way. It hasn't upset my stomic and I feel like it digest well.
