This padded bar is light weight and seems durable. Super easy to connect with exercise bands as it's intended use. I use this bar with resistance bands without the clips at the ends so you'll need to grab a climbing rated carabiner to attach this bar and exercise band. I use this for tricep pushdowns, rows, and curls.
