I just checked. The chocolate tablets contain 1 gr. per tab, but not as tasty. **Q: I ordered and they were extremely hard and difficult to chew, but from the doctor, they are soft. Where do they come from and what's the exp date?** A: This is an old question but should not be on anybody's mind at all. I bought my bag in July 2016. It has an expiration date of July 2017.
