It is FANTASTIC. It is solid and is easy to use. Set-up is instantaneous and it's very easy to use. We are very happy. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not exactly what I need *by J***N on July 27, 2013* The machine works pretty well. I really have no complaints it is just not exactly what I needed. I needed something that can make a cross between a blizzard and milkshake. I put bigger stuff in my "shakes" that this can not break up and it is a little loud for my establishment. ### ⭐ Received Used Milk Stained, Smelling Unit that didn't work with parts missing. *by T***U on December 4, 2015* I was exited to order this product directly from Amazon. I received the item and the following was wrong: The products was used, the cup was missing, I plugged it in and it didn't turn on at all and the worst thing of all it had dried sticky milk on the top lip of the unit where the cup hooks and some drip stains down the diecast portion of the unit. When I was within 2 feet of the unit it smelled like rotten milk. I called amazon and they told me I could only return the unit as they were out of stock. So I now also have $200+ credit sitting in my account doing nothing. I may order another but this one was a lemon.
