Q: What is the usda grade on these ribeye steaks? angus is just a brand of beef, is it, usda prime, usda choice, or lower grade?

All of our products are choice or higher. These ribeyes were all graded choice. We offer other packages that have prime ribeyes in them too.

Q: How thick are they cut?

They are individually packaged like the picture. We spend a little more on the packaging to make sure flavor and quality are preserved thru the freezing process.
