Machine washable and dryable, but it does make a lot of noise in the dryer since the wooden clamps clank around. Recommend washing with one towel or something.Seemed like a high quality, soft, and breathable cotton. It fit the weighted blanket perfectly and wooden clasps prevented it from shifting.Nice packaging and branding, and came with a warranty card.Main downside is that it's extremely expensive. At the price point of the insert + cover, I was happier with a woven weighted blanket instead that I could use on top of my existing duvet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stays cool *by V***E on December 27, 2024* Disclaimer: I'm not using this cover with their brand of insert. I'm using an insert from a different blanket. So the fit isn't perfect for me, sadly. However, the duvet cover has great toggles that are sewn in really well, and the zipper feels flimsy but actually seems pretty sturdy.
